Lungo (Italian for long) is a coffee beverage made by using an espresso machine to make an Italian-style coffee – short black (a single espresso shot) with much more water (generally twice as much), resulting in a larger coffee, a lungo. It is base again, on changing the amount of water used in the typical espresso recipe. This time, we use double the normal amount of water per grams of coffee.
